My Story
I started my career writing code, debugging systems at 2 AM, and learning how enterprise software really works. Over 18 years, I moved from individual contributor to engineering manager to director to VP, leading teams across enterprise companies, startups, and global tech firms.
Along the way, I built platforms that process hundreds of millions in payments, passed PCI DSS, SOC2, and ISO 27001 audits multiple times, migrated monoliths to microservices, and learned that most technology problems are actually people problems.
Today, I work with founders and CEOs who are building technology companies but do not have senior tech leadership on their team yet. I help them make better technology decisions, build stronger engineering teams, and avoid the expensive mistakes I have seen too many times.
When I am not working, I am probably reading about space exploration, experimenting with new AI tools, or planning my next travel adventure. I believe technology should solve real problems for real people, not just create more complexity.
